Mission
Our client had just established a new division whose mission is to seek out game-changing technologies and business models to accelerate a better future for the firm.
We were engaged by the Managing Partner of this division to create an organisation design that maximised innovation and growth. As part of this engagement, we helped clarify strategy, created a set of design principles and established the criteria for success. We then worked with the senior leadership team to identify core organisational capabilities, critical roles and mapped the primary value-delivering processes.
The project delivered a new organisation design, clear roles and responsibilities, and a blueprint for operational ways of working.
