We supported a large automotive distributor through a technology transition

Mission

We worked with one of the largest importers and distributors of new vehicles to New Zealand to help manage a major strategic technology transition.

We were engaged by the Head of Customer Experience to offer change management support. The business was transitioning from Marketo to a strategic implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud – with a view to increased personalisation and customer experience.

We worked with project leadership to identify impacted stakeholders and form a view as to the most effective communication methods for the organisation. In collaboration with business leads, we then developed and executed tailored communications plans for each key stakeholder group. We also worked with external training providers to coordinate the client’s needs and deliver a synchronised implementation roadmap.
