We developed a change program for Australia’s largest environmental markets investor

Mission

Our client is Australia’s largest environmental markets investor, natural resource manager and conservation for-profit organisation.

We were engaged by the Chief Operating Officer to develop a human-centred change program to support the transition to a new Salesforce CRM system. As part of the engagement, we worked with key leadership and affected stakeholders over multiple workshops to generate a master change management plan. This plan placed particular emphasis on communications, executive sponsorship and managing resistance.

This project delivered a comprehensive and effective communications strategy, helped the client to build change capability and collaborated with a partner to create training and enablement plans.
