We transitioned a multinational design company to a geography-based model
Dedicated to a sustainable built environment, our client is a collective of 18,000 designers, engineers and advisors working across 140 countries.
We were engaged by the Asia Pacific arm of the firm to assist with the transition of the Asia Pacific organisation from a functionally structured organisation to a country-based model. The reason for this transition was to drive increased customer experience and better cross-line of business collaboration.
This project made heavy use of analytics technology in order to ingest, cleanse and transform HR and finance data in order to support operating model scenario planning and data visualisation. The engagement delivered a new “future state” operating model, organisation design and structure.
